Ultrasonic facial cleansing – is a safe, non-invasive hardware procedure designed to gently and effectively remove dirt from the surface of the skin and from pores. During the procedure, a special ultrasonic scrubber is used, the operation of which is based on high-frequency sound waves. The procedure does not cause pain, does not injure the skin and does not require a long recovery period. It is suitable for most skin types, including sensitive or reddened skin. How to prepare for the procedure?
Before the procedure, the beautician will assess the condition of your skin, discuss expectations and possible results, and provide individual preparation recommendations.
What happens during the procedure?
Before starting the procedure, the face must be cleaned of makeup and dirt. Long evaporation is not carried out before the procedure. Just 15–20 minutes will be enough. Then a gel is applied to the skin, which is carefully distributed throughout the face with a device with an ultrasound tip. The skin is gently cleaned with an ultrasound machine according to the massage lines. After cleaning, a pore-shrinking mask or soothing gel is applied.
What happens after the procedure?
After the procedure, your doctor may monitor you for up to 15 minutes to make sure you are not experiencing any side effects, including dizziness, nausea or an allergic reaction. The skin may be slightly red or more sensitive (passes within a few hours). Recommended:
- Avoid decorative cosmetics for 1–2 days;
- Use cream with SPF 30 or more;
- Avoid acidic, mechanical peels, scrubs;
- Do not use aggressive cosmetics;
- Avoid solarium and intense sun for 7–10 days.
