Fields of interest: cardiac ultrasound, acquired heart valve pathology, ischemic heart disease, arterial hypertension, heart failure, heart rhythm and conduction disorders, cardiomyopathies, and pericardial disorders.
Assoc. prof. J. Misiūra has been a cardiologist since 1977. He received his medical education at Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine. He is the author and co-author of more than 100 scientific publications and projects.
He is an experienced specialist in a wide range of fields and continuously improves his qualification, participating in national and international conferences and seminars every year.
